Arranged Marriages – Learning To Love

“Studies have shown that love starts at 3-4 on a scale of 10 in arranged marriage, matches the love marriage rating in five years and is twice as much in another five.” While the arranged marriage has a bad reputation among ‘liberated moderns’, the system has adapted well to the changing times.

At 54.8 per cent, America’s is the second highest divorce rate in the world; India’s is the lowest at 1.1 per cent.  This longevity of the arranged system led Robert Epstein to work on a comprehensive guide to love – Sign up for love

Intimacy  techniques:

Two as One: Embracing each other lightly, feeling each other’s breathing rhythms. After a few minutes, you will feel as if the two of you have merged into one being.

Soul Gazing: Stand or sit apart and look into each other’s eyes for a few minutes. Then talk about what you saw.

Monkey Love: Imitate each other’s breathing patterns, mirroring body movements. It makes you feel linked.

Fall in Love: From a higher position, fall back into your partner’s arms. A more intimate version of the Trust Fall.

Secret Swap: Reveal your secrets one by one, one a day. Builds trust and intimacy.

Mind-Reading: A bit like dumb charades, but with intimate thoughts, not movies.

Let Me Inside: Stand apart, then slowly walk towards each other, maintaining eye contact. Get as close without touching.

Love Aura: Place your palms together without touching. You will feel heat and sparks.
